In organization, decision making and business planning

A day with Sociocracy

Would you like to have more clarity in the structures of your organization?

Do you want to make decisions more easily and efficiently that are supported by everyone?

Then let’s immerse ourselves in sociocracy together for a day. We will get to know the essential elements and at the end of the day you will have gained so much insight that you can decide whether it is worthwhile to continue on this way.

Consentmoderation

Do you know those exhausting meetings where it gets emotional?

An exchange of blows between two or three protagonists; one has a good idea but never gets a chance to speak; two don’t even want to be there!

This is where deciding by consent helps. After many years of practice it is THE method for me to make decisions more effective and easier. Especially when it comes to delicate and hotly discussed topics.

Want to try it out?

You are welcome to invite me to a meeting. I will explain the method in about 45 minutes and answer all questions. Then we experience the practice together.

Numbers Numbers Numbers

Small companies are usually very good at their core business.

What is often missing is knowledge and insight in how their activities are expressed financially.

I can provide clarity here.

Recognize the past and plan the future together. I can support you in this.

With heart and competence for your project:

Thomas Heuser — About me

Usually there is a formal curriculum vitae at this point. It would say what I studied, what jobs I did and what responsibilities they involved. Additional education, language skills and how well I can handle a computer would be listed.

There it says that I worked for 18 years in a large German construction company.

From construction site management to controlling to head of a subsidiary, I have done almost everything there was to do in the commercial sector. That I even worked for one and a half years on a construction site in Taiwan as head of accounting and payment department.

It would also say there that I was managing director of a non-profit educational center for eight years. More on this below.

What others say about me

One of the best parts of working with Thomas is that he is clearly focused on solving the issue in question and yet always remains calm and pleasant to work with" "Thomas is a real team player, sensitive to see that everyone is on board, but still clear with his own opinions and advice" "I really like working with Thomas as he blends both strategic thinking with compassion

Robert Hall

former board member GEN Europe eV

Thomas Heuser is an enthusiastic, versatile, committed and well-informed employee. He enriches a team with complex perspectives and his drive and decision-making power. Thomas has both leadership qualities and team spirit. Furthermore, working with him is a pleasure because he has a constructive and empathetic inner attitude.

Kerstin Hanke

managing director ZEGG Bildungszentrum gGmbH

Thomas is a reliable, friendly and uplifting companion of work as well as life. With Thomas I experienced the solidity of someone who knows how to hold the thread of an organisation in transition; professionalism and 'the best for the organisation' mixed with the heart of creating harmonious relationships. I experienced direction and flexibility in supporting the financial status of the organisation, but always with an eye to the human side of staff, members and the organisation as at whole. The warmth of a deep listener, the joyful spirit of a curious young man, passion and clear professionalism are few of the many characteristic that i met when in Thomas' company.

Genny Cerado

managing director GEN Europe eV

Thomas' calm, clear and open way of working with people created an inspiring atmosphere for our sociocracy workshop day right from the start.
